We have great news to share with you regarding Phase 2 which is about to be started here at Infiniti Blu:

Our “Ocean View” buildings D & E will now have 2 different designs of one bedroom units starting at $119,900 in addition to the 3 bedroom duplex penthouses. Attached are the new floor plans. Many of you had asked for one bedroom units at Infiniti Blu, so we have made the modifications to accommodate these requests. Also attached is a price list showing the pre-construction pricing. As usual, these pre-construction prices will be modified as our construction progresses.

We have also some plan modifications in our “Ocean Front” units. To save some of our precious old trees we decided to make some changes in our floor plans. Attached please also find the modified plans of all available units and the current pricing as well.

Turn-key of our Ocean View and Ocean Front condos is now set for January 2010. Ongoing governmental decisions regarding building height requirements are now over. To ensure and protect the rights of numerous clients who bought in Infiniti Blu, it was necessary to wait for the final decision to prevent us from being the only project with 3 floors among higher neighbors.
